Shelly is from Massachusetts in the United States and lives with osteoporosis. She shares her journey living with this condition and how she views it as something she lives with and not something that controls her life. Shelly also discusses various risks associated with osteoporosis and the importance of education through programs like this and support groups. She also talks about ways to strengthen and maintain bone health so that you are able to maintain or achieve a more active lifestyle and live the life you want to live.
